How to recover your certificate

Right after payment we sent you an email from ProvenTest (noreply@proventest.com) with the subject “Your IQ report is ready”. It contains two permanent links that work forever and from any device: the PDF certificate download and the verification page (the one to use on LinkedIn).

• Can't find the email? Search for “ProvenTest” in your inbox, and check your Spam and Promotions folders too.
• Closed the result page? No problem: the links in the email are all you need to find and share your certificate.
• Lost the email as well? Write to us with the email address you used at checkout: we'll retrieve your certificate and resend it.

Payment failed or certificate not received

• The payment didn't go through: nothing is charged until the transaction completes. You can try again; if your card is declined, try another method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal). It's a one-time $2.99, with no subscription.
• I paid but I don't see my result: when you return from the payment page your score unlocks automatically. If it doesn't, refresh the page; the email with your links arrives within a few minutes anyway (check Spam/Promotions).
• I paid but no email arrived: write to us with the email you used and the approximate time of payment and we'll fix it right away. For your safety, never send us your full card number: we don't need it.

Questions about the test answers

All test answers have been validated by a team of experts and are correct according to the reference psychometric standards. For this reason we don't change the outcome of individual questions: it's precisely this consistency of method that keeps every score reliable and comparable.
